2 tier Communion cake with diamante topper

This gorgeous 2 tier double depth communion cake is made from an 8" double depth and a 5" double depth vanilla sponge with a buttercream and jam filling.The top tier is encrusted with edible sugar sequins with a pearl lustre finish. The topper is a sparkling diamante First Holy Communion . The bottom tier is covered in fondant with a sugar cross and satin ribbon and diamante ribbon on top

The cake will give you approx 80 finger portions

PLEASE NOTE When collecting your cake please have space in your boot. Your cake must travel FLAT and your boot is the safest way to transport it.
