Rocking around the Christmas Tree Cake

Our beautiful vanilla sponge Christmas cake is smothered in buttercream tree leaves and has a buttercream and jam filling. Not only theat but the toy train set actually works !! What fun.

This would make a magnificent table centrepiece on the big day. Santa himself would be impressed.
